562-866-8363. If a manager grants an exception to this rule a return authorization number will be given. Orders returned without a Return Authorization number or prior approval from a manager will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and any shipping expenses to return a product to B&B Pharmacy will be at the expense of the patient.
