Return Policy

Any Personal care items are considered a non-returnable item to B&B Pharmacy, Inc.

To discuss your situation with a manager please call 562-866-8363. If a manager grants an exception to this rule a return authorization number will be given. Orders returned without a Return Authorization number or prior approval from a manager will not be accepted. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and any shipping expenses to return a product to B&B Pharmacy will be at the expense of the patient. If an RA number is issued, returns can be made to:
